Engineering Manager

Office will probably be located in South East Michigan


 Automotive and Heavy Truck HVAC Systems Experience a MUST HAVE

 Duties:
       Manage engineering team of up to 10   professionals.
       Manage product design cradle to grave.
       Customer Interface a must.
       Manage all engineering change activity.   
       Teach, Lead and motivate people.   
       Must be able to manage multiple projects.
       Must have experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Required experience
      Solid automotive engineering experience with HVAC.
BS required in engineering, Graduate degree preferred.
       Knowledge of Labview, Campbell, and STI helpful.   
       Excellent computer skills including MS Office products and MS Project
       HVAC/PTC testing experience with wind tunnel, system/component calorimeter, and air flow.  
        Do you have at least 5 years in automotive HVAC
